TriStar Technologies Appoints Tony M. Valerio as Sales Manager

TriStar Technologies has announced the appointment of Tony M. Valerio as Sales Manager, effective February 9, 2026. In this role, Tony will support customers across TriStar’s core product lines, including UV laser and inkjet wire-marking systems, plasma adhesion enhancement platforms, and automated and semi-automated crimping solutions.

Tony will focus on building customer relationships, developing new opportunities within his territory, supporting TriStar’s network of sales representatives, and conducting solution-based demonstrations. He will also work closely with customers to help them achieve high levels of quality, consistency, and repeatability in their wire processing operations.

Tony brings more than 20 years of experience in wire processing automation, technical sales, and operations. Prior to joining TriStar Technologies, he held senior sales and operational leadership roles with a global manufacturer of wire processing and identification systems, where he managed customer-facing teams and supported business growth across the Americas.

Earlier in his career, Tony served in engineering, program management, and sales leadership positions within the wire processing and electronics manufacturing industries. His accomplishments include earning Salesperson of the Year recognition and leading multi-region teams supporting complex automation initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management and an Associate degree in Electronics. Tony is bilingual in English and Spanish and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Tony is widely recognized for his ability to connect with customers through clear communication and strong technical expertise. His background includes hands-on experience with wire marking technologies, crimping processes, harness manufacturing, PFMEA, automation practices, and production troubleshooting.

“Tony’s warmth, authenticity, and deep understanding of wire processing make him a wonderful addition to our team,” said Katie Kerner, COO of TriStar Technologies. “His ability to listen, guide, and support customers strengthens the personal connection we strive to bring to every project.”

Tony expressed enthusiasm about joining the company and supporting its customers.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to join a company that cares as much about its customers as it does about its technology,” Tony said. “TriStar has a remarkable history in precision wire identification and crimping innovation, and I’m excited to help customers find solutions that make their work easier, more consistent, and more dependable.”
